Brain Friendly Training Techniques: Are They Effective?
Brain friendly training techniques purport to be based on our knowledge of how the brain works -- neuroscience. You should know that at this time our understanding of the brain and how it learns is still in the "infant stage", and often training techniques based on neuroscience are largely untested in the field, or based on very limited neuroscience research.
For that reason, it's become very hard to tell if these techniques actually work, or they are based on hype.
So, the anser to the question: "Do they work" is that we don't know yet, and it will obviously depend on the technique in question.
Still the prospects are exciting even if we may not know enough about the brain to decide definitievely.
