Most group leaders and meeting managers try to get group sessions going through the use of some form of icebreaker activity.
It's not always easy to choose just the right icebreaker for your particular group, or training class, but fortunately, there are a number of good books that you can use to stimulate your thinking, OR, you can use icebreakers from these books straight out of the "box".We've made some recommendations about excellent books trainers should have at their fingertips if they use icebreakers, games, and other training activities, but here's some additional sourcebooks that probably will be of interest.
