This is a review, lasting about 10 minutes of adult learning principles. This is clearly a recap of a seminar offering on the subject, but it contains some useful, if mostly commonly understood aspects of how adult learners learn, and how to help them learn in teaching and training. Format is slides/powerpoint with a voice overlay.
It should be noted that while much of adult learning principles is useless, there have been valid criticisms of it so even the "common sense" aspects of adult learning principles should be questioned and approached with a critical mind.
