A ten minute video that introduces you to some basic information about learning theories as they relate to education and training. Obviously it's not possible to do much in a brief period of time on the topic, but the presenter touches on behaviorism, cogntivism, constructivism, social constructivism.
Caution should be exercised since it's important for you to understand that a good grasp of learning theories takes a lot of time and study, and a little knowledge may be a dangerous thing.
