Video - Audio - Kinesthetic Styles Explained In Video

A rather simplistic four  minute explanation of the VAK styles (visual, audio, kinesthetic) communication and learning styles, and makes some suggestions about matching in communication. Although NLP and this particular VAK material has become very popular, it's important to understand that things aren't usually so simple when it comes to human communication and learning styles. The power of these styles are way overestimated in this video, and it is good to know that almost everyone learns through all their senses. Watch this video but be alert to the overstatements.
